    • It was great of the girl who bought our house to let us raid our old tree. :)

  2. Unrelated. My mother in law saw my cross stitches and realized they were a specific Southern city (she guessed New Orleans, not Charlseton) and admired them greatly. SCORE!!

    • I’m glad she liked them. New Orleans and Charleston are similar but not.

  7. The thought of that much citrus makes me happy. So many tasty delicious oranges!!! And that is incredibly awesome that the new owner let you get the oranges. Occasionally people surprise me with their awesome.

    • The tree had hundreds of oranges on it. She’s not using them, she said.

So many beautiful oranges! That tree must be growing in the perfect spot! So glad she was willing to share.

    • I hope she doesn’t cut it. Such a pretty tree. On my now-infamous lunch with Kenneth and Carnell, I walked by the back of the house and saw it loaded down.
