It took me a good amount of searching around, but it is one part of a Christmas Scene Architectural Model Kit! It was clever to only include the red part and not the green too! I used to put little kits like that together when I was a kid so I recognized the sheet!

I am pouting now. Do you know the amount of photoshop effort that went into cleaning up that image to isolate the figure in question so that I could then get it “correct” enough to submit to an image search engine and then eliminate all the crap responses?
