What I Liked Online This Week

I tried, Dear Reader. I wore you out this week and posted every weekday. I'm spending too much time with fake people (i.e. my novel manuscript), and I wanted some personal interaction. Thank you for spending time here. Please enjoy a roundup of stuff I liked online this week. Maybe it'll yield good luck this Friday the 13th.

  1. Did you get to put the Christmas tree up yet? At least the sun is out, but you still need to get that tree up.

  2. I spend waaaaaaaaaaay too much time online, but it is an education unto itself! For instance, your reference this morning to SocksForVets led me to: http://booksforsoldiers.com/ How wonderful is this? I intend to share it to Facebook and then I’ve gotta get out of my pj’s; the morning’s half gone! 😀

  3. thanks, andra. i’m going to check these out. always good to take a break and take a different path from time to time –

  4. I finally found your new comment box! I have been stopping at “comment on Facebook”. I’m part of the billions not on Facebook. I would love to switch worlds and not deal with people for a week or two.

  5. I’ve been offline. I went to Houston to be with my mom for her surgery. That went well. So I don’t have any stories to share. I’m sorry to miss yours.

  6. I get lost in some of the most ridiculous on-line reading while I’m at work. Those silly little articles that pop up in the side bar, like, “Which celebrity was a really ugly child and grew up to be a beauty?” or “Hideous Wedding Photos You Won’t Believe,”–very highbrow reading. I’m not proud of myself, just being honest. LOL!
