A good publicist can’t do anything without something good to publicize!
Still, this has been an interesting learning experience. We queried over 600 outlets. Maybe even more. While several bigs asked for the book, so far nobody has done an advance review or story. It’s so, so hard to get through the noise without tons of money to pay for the people who have the connections. I’ll get there eventually, but I do get frustrated. This is a great story, and it isn’t that I’m not packaging it right or marketing it correctly. It’s that I don’t have the person whose name is recognized in all the email clutter, the one people will choose to open. That’s not Becca’s fault. She’s done an incredible job, and she’s going to go very, very far in this business. She is a machine of organization. I know exactly what she’s doing, and I love her enthusiasm. Still, I wish I had one or two big gets for this. There’s still time, but……….

Yep!! There’s a thing called withdrawal when dosages of this stuff are adjusted downward. My lovely doctor didn’t tell me anything about that……….
Please give me a heads-up if your contemplate the NW. The tour will be the usual mix of exhausting and exhilarating. I know it’s not usually an issue for you, but remember to have fun.

Amazon doesn’t let you pre-order the book as a gift for someone. I don’t know why. So silly. But it’ll be live in a few days. Probably before the 15th. The paperbacks are in process right now. As soon as those are live, the rest will go live as well. I’ll shoot you an email when that happens, and you can gift the Kindle version then.
I just ordered it for my Kindle…which I don’t have but I’ve downloaded it on my iPhone which is excellent. I wish I had the connections my friend, because if I did………….YOU’D have the connections. I believe in you. I believe in your books – and I truly, truly loved this book.
