Make a Memory on the Web: Reader Roundup

The Make a Memory cards from my earliest appearances are coming in. Today, I'm featuring several Make a Memory submissions from New Orleans' Garden District Book Shop. If you're ever in New Orleans, grab your Go Cup and suck in the scenery as you stroll the Garden District's back streets. No route will disappoint, as long as you end up at 2727 Prytania Street and Garden District Book Shop. Britton and his team have assembled an eclectic mix of recommended reads (including my titles). They ooze enthusiasm about books, and you want some of that to rub off on you.

  1. And ride the streetcars! Why must you always forget the streetcars? Sigh…. 🙁

  2. Like many people who I know, I have memories of New Orleans, but they’re not meant for public consumption. Yes, I’m talking Mardi Gras when I was more… carefree, shall we say? Need to go back there as a sensible adult sometime. Wouldn’t be the same, but that’s ok.

  3. Nice to see the different memory plans. I’m with you on the slow barge.

  4. Wow!! Such fun trips! So glad people are inspired to make memories with loved ones.
