I got tickled at the dialog between you and your father and found myself laughing out loud, Then just as the laughter faded from one chapter, I was deeply touched during those moments of realization for you and your father regarding your relationship. What made the book so special and endearing to me was that you included your father’s thoughts and shared some of who he is. I look forward to reading your other books as well…So, keep on writing Ms. Lady!

Love this! What a beautifully sincere and lovely letter. More people (like me) need to make more of an effort to send you their thanks in the hand written form. Also, when I PIN your blog post it doesn’t count me either…if I were more insecure I’d wonder if I even counted…but I know I do. 🙂 So please know that there’s more than likely a lot more postings like mine that just don’t get counted.
We seldom know when the things we do or say (or write) have touched someone in a meaningful way. Ms. Walker’s gracious note is a lovely affirmation that you’re doing things just right.
